Ma'en has over 20 years of professional experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Strategy and Organizational Excellence in both Private and Government sectors. Before ADIB, Ma’en was an advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office-UAE and led a number of national initiatives in government services transformation. Ma'en Holds an MBA degree from American University in Dubai and Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Jordan. Ma’en is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a Certified EFQM Assessor.
