Senior Director, Customer Experience - Africa
I am a Customer Experience professional with a wealth of experience in the hospitality, ICT, healthcare, telecommunications, renewable energy and biotechnology industries. I am currently serving as Senior Director, Customer Experience - Africa at bioMérieux, a global leader in in-vitro diagnostics. I am a member of the Institute of Customer Experience (ICX) in Kenya, where I reside, and I am also currently serving as a member of the ICXA Steering Council. I am passionate about embracing technological innovation & automation to deliver superior customer experiences.
