As a leader of the Customer service departments for various industries like telecoms, automotive, banking, insurance, retail, advertising, media, IT, BPO, Ostoja had the chance to work with the greatest leaders in the industry. Today as the founder of “Todos Consulting”, Ostoja is on his own journey of bringing Customer Service to focus, by working with his clients and making sure that every interaction they have with their customers brings value to the services. What never changed for him is the true belief that the customers are the heart of every business.
