Henk is an experienced managing consultant at CX Services, a company he co-started within Cendris, one of the largest contact centre specialists in The Netherlands. With a masters degree in Economics / Marketing Henk has 10+ years of experience in the working field of customer service and customer experience. He worked for ING as journey expert and was responsible for NPS performance management. For CX Services he helped companies like PostNL, FaMed and Marktplaats improving their customer journeys while lowering operational costs. Besides being CCXP certified, Henk is also a certified Lean Black belt and Agile scrum product owner. Henk strongly believes the key to the success of a company starts with happy customers. It is his mission to make every company the most customer-friendly company it can be.
