After studying business psychology in Germany, Matthias applied his understanding of human behaviour as a consultant in hospitality, events, real estate development and technology. He is passionate about understanding the customer in order to deliver unforgettable experiences. Matthias advises leading companies on CX strategy, transformation and implementation - from measuring the CX maturity, creating customer journeys and developing customised CX frameworks. At Renascence, Matthias and the team keep evolving tools & frameworks including Compass CX - a bespoke CX framework that the company is using to understand functional, behavioural and emotional friction points.
