Working for several contact center organizations in different European countries Mark has a good understanding of what your customers successful outcomes are and how to deliver them. His experience in customer experience is the basis for his roles with a big telecom company and currently his role as Expert Lead customer dialogue with one of the leading health insurance companies in the Netherlands.
