We want to ensure every company committed to providing first-class customer experience has a chance to make their voice heard, so this fact sheet has been created to guide you through your awards journey.
Among the judges for the inaugural International Customer Experience Awards are global Ambassadors, from the United Arab Emirates, to the United States of America; from Australia to the UK; and from Russia to Singapore.
Ahead of November's Awards Finals in Amsterdam, the 16 Ambassadors were surveyed on ‘The State of Customer Experience’ in their respective countries, where, among other things, they asses areas in which businesses are succeeding, and identify challenges facing the growth of CX.
